Three “Non-Meetings” This Week…

As part of First Communion Prep We hosted three first communion preparation “non-meetings” this week. Our pastoral minister Andrew Beach set times families were invited to drive by the church and pick up their materials outside to help their child prepare for First Communion. There was good participation from our First Communion families, and appropriate social distancing was observed! (FYI Pictures show family members)

Further Directives from Bishop Crosby

— March 18, 2020 Bishop Crosby today issued several clarifications and expansions of earlier directives regarding parish practices for COVID19. As a consequence, there will be several changes to practices here at St. Pius: The Church is no longer allowed to be open to parishioners for any reason. Sunday & Weekday Masses Suspended by Bishop

COVID19: A Letter from Bishop Crosby

In light of interest and concern from the faithful over issues surrounding the advent of the coronavirus (CO-VID19). Bishop Crosby has written a letter (dated March 4th) setting out practices for parishes to follow.
